3. Orders, Installment Plans & Payment

  • 3.1. Purchasing products from the website is carried out through consultation and on the basis of an issued invoice.
  • 3.2. Online installment plans: Customers are offered the option to use installment plans from partner banks. Following a bank link on the website and submitting an application does not constitute automatic reservation or purchase of the product.
  • 3.3. After the bank approves the amount/limit, an official invoice issued by the company is required to complete the transaction, which is issued only after stock confirmation.

4. Delivery and Return Policy

  • 4.1. The terms (and related costs) for equipment delivery, installation, and transportation are agreed individually at the invoice stage.
  • 4.2. Returns or exchanges of purchased industrial equipment are subject to warranty conditions agreed in advance between the parties. A standard no-reason return policy does not apply to heavy machinery already in operation.
